After managing rentals in the Phoenix Metro area we found a niche of small investors who were managing their own properties with some success but the same problem arises every time a tenant’s lease is up. What or how much work does one put into the property to lease it once again? If one has the time then the cost is minimal.
But when you just don’t have the time or the tenants left a disaster zone for you to deal with-you don’t have to go it alone. We’ll inspect your property and formulate a plan to get your rental ready for viewing.
We subcontract with some of the more reputable business in the valley to get things done right no matter if its a cleanup job or maybe patching up a hole in the wall. We have seen it all and no job has been to great we couldn’t tackle.
